Data we collect
We collect: (1) Account data: email, name, password hash (or OAuth provider and identifier if you sign in with Google or GitHub), and tenant/account association. (2) Orders and provisioning: product choices, billing cycle, options such as hostname and SSH key, template selection. (3) Services and usage: virtual machines and containers you order, their settings, console access and power actions. (4) Billing: payment methods and billing portal usage via Stripe; invoices and payment history. (5) Support: when you use live chat, our chat provider processes messages and may associate them with your session or email if you are signed in. (6) Notifications and preferences: in-app and email notification settings. (7) Help center: articles you view. (8) Audit: staff and system actions for security and compliance.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the portal and services (ordering, provisioning, billing, support), to send transactional and notification emails, to enforce security and acceptable use, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve our services. We rely on contract performance, consent where applicable, and legitimate interests where appropriate.
Sharing and third parties
We share data only as needed with: Stripe (payments and billing portal), OAuth providers (Google, GitHub) when you sign in with them, Mailgun (transactional email), and our hosting and infrastructure providers (including Proxmox). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We retain account and billing data for the duration of your relationship and as required by law. Chat transcripts (via our chat provider) and audit logs are retained per our internal policy. Specific retention periods are available on request.
Your rights
