Your service runs in one of our locations — not 'somewhere in the cloud'. You can pick which one when you order. Each location has its own power, network, and storage, so a problem in one doesn't ruin everyone's day.
02 · How it talks to the world
Every service gets a real public IP and reasonable bandwidth. Add a custom domain, point your DNS, and it just works. No special 'enterprise networking' tier.

03 · When something breaks
We watch the hardware around the clock. If something looks unhealthy, we move your service before you notice. If the unexpected happens, we restore from a snapshot — you shouldn't have to open a ticket just to get back online.
