02 · How it talks to the world
Your server gets a public IP, and your domain points at it.
Every service gets a real public IP and reasonable bandwidth. Add a custom domain, point your DNS, and you're done. There's no separate 'enterprise networking' tier.

03 · When something breaks
We notice first, then we tell you.
We watch the platform and the hardware it runs on. If something looks unhealthy we act on it, and if the unexpected happens we can restore from a snapshot. You shouldn't have to open a ticket just to get back online.
