Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

This Anti-Spam Policy is part of Ferrix Systems's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. It applies to email, messaging, and similar communications sent through or from our network.

1. Prohibited sending

You may not use our Services to send, relay, or facilitate:

  • Unsolicited bulk email (UBE) or commercial messages without valid consent.
  • Messages with false or misleading headers, subjects, or routing information.
  • Mail that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy, or other applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Phishing, malware attachments, or prize/lottery scams.
  • Harvested address lists or dictionary attacks.

2. Requirements for permitted mail

If you send marketing or bulk mail lawfully, you must:

  • Use confirmed opt-in or another valid legal basis where required.
  • Include a working unsubscribe mechanism honored within ten (10) business days.
  • Identify the sender and physical or legal contact information as required by law.
  • Honor suppression lists and bounces promptly.

3. Technical measures

We may rate-limit, block ports (including SMTP), or require dedicated IPs for mail. Poor sending reputation affecting shared IPs may result in suspension. You must configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where you send mail from your domains.

4. Enforcement

Spam complaints, blocklist listings, or upstream provider notices may result in immediate suspension. Report spam originating from our network to abuse@ferrix.systems with full message headers.
